This rhyming couplet appears in a report on the 'Stonehaven Reform Jubilee'.  The report outlines the various trades that appeared at the jubilee and their banners.  This couplet appears on a banner for the weavers: 'United for Freedom! United when free: / Great Britain, what tyrant dare meddle with thee?'.
