This poem, reprinted from Punch, comments (negatively) on the Reform League's second Hyde Park rally of 6 May 1867. It mentions the League's president Edmond Beales, and Charles Bradlaugh, who must 'be laid by the heels' if they refuse to learn that 'Mob-law is bad law'.
